If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the CET file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, you can try to open your CET file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension CET.

The second way is to use a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of.
