There are times when you only need to display the contents of the OO3 file. Then do not install dedicated software and use tools such as OO3 Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the OO3 file. To view the content of the OO3 file you can use several options:

If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the OO3 file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your OO3 file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the OO3 file to some extent.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If your OO3 file belongs to the archived files category, you will see a list of files inside the archive.
