If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the REFI file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of REFI file with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the REFI file to some extent.
